India Gate
India Gate – one of the most visit Delhi attractions for both locals and foreigners. This elegant 42 metres arch in buff colored sandstone stands at the end of the ceremonial avenue, the Rajpath. The memorial is dedicated to the 70,000 Indian soldiers killed during the First World War and bears the names of more than 13,516 British and Indian soldiers.
